以ARM核心嵌入式系統開發可程式控制器

摘要


本文發展了一套以ARM核心嵌入式系統開發可程式控制器,成功應用於大樓外牆自動清洗裝置控制器上。設計製作出四種控制介面,並以其中兩項當作本研究實驗應用,其中一項為讀取PLC基本程式碼專屬解譯器程式介面,用來讀取PC端上的三菱PLC應用軟體繪製的程式碼,指令經過轉檔的程式碼轉至ARM板記憶區,並從ARM板利用觸控介面讀取三菱PLC基本程式碼並解譯應用。另一項控制應用介面為PLC基本 I/O介面,配合ARM板I/O腳的IN、OUT控制應用,且可依照在ARM板上控制IN、OUT設定,設定ARM板上的24隻腳位,並可以將總24腳位設定輸出與輸入的控制。達到以ARM核心嵌入式系統開發可程式控制器,並可讓消費者在購買設備方面便宜於原本的基本型PLC控制器,而應用方面與基本型三菱PLC控制器相同。

This paper presents design and implementation of ARM architecture based Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with graphic user interface (GUI) on LCD touch screen. Four control interfaces were developed for different applications and two of them were practically implemented. First one is an interpreter which reads program written in Mitsubishi PLC code and transfer interpreted commands to control a machine. This was practically implemented to control an automatic building exterior wall cleaning device. Second interface is used to directly control the input and output of the PLC by the user interface developed with the aid of LCD touch screen. The other application is to control 3 axis CNC machine using the PLC, according to the instructions given in GUI. Last interface is developed to control the movements of 3 axis CNC machine according to the figure drawn on the LCD touch screen. All these four facilities were integrated in to a one environment and user can be selected the required facility from GUI on the LCD touch screen. Because of the advanced features available in the ARM architecture user can get more facilities in an integrated environment at low cost.
