目前車用照明市場多是以白熾燈(Incandescent Bulbs)、鹵素燈(Halogen Bulbs)以及高強度氣體放電燈(High Intensity Discharge, HID)為主要發光源,但隨著節能減碳的議題,LED車燈開始蓬勃發展,以及在國際車展上,我們發現到各國汽車廠商積極研發電動車並將LED車燈列為電動車標準配備中展示,藉以吸引消費者眼光。因此本研究將以LED為發光源,設計出符合歐規ECE R19的前霧燈。其反射罩設計為上、下採用自由曲率的曲面以及兩側開口向外傾斜8度呈現相互對稱之內凹面的燈具,其功用在於控制光型的長度分布;而上、下自由曲率之曲面,其功能為將原本發散的光束經由全反射後形成水平出射,並藉由光源擺放的位置將原本集中照射於中心點之光源整形為集中照射於水平線下方之光型,另外,還是有些發散光線無法藉由反射罩完全收集運用,因此再藉由一個具有自由曲率之透鏡,將LED中間之發散光線有效收集運用,使光源利用率提升。
At present, vehicle lighting market is predominated by incandescent bulbs, halogen bulbs, and high intensity discharge (HID). However, LED vehicle light has begun to development flourishingly along with the issue of energy conservation and carbon reduction. Therefore, this study will base on LED as its light source to design front fog-lamp that meets European specification of ECE R19. Its a reflector is such designed so that it employs the curve of its free curvature up and down, while the opening on the two sides will slant 8 degree outward and reveals bulbs of mutually symmetrical concave and convex surface. Such function is to control the length distribution of lighting mode. As for the curve of the free curvature up and down, its function is to conduct level exit after the originally divergent light beam is reflected and formed, and it will work with lens given with free curvature so that divergent light in the middle of LED can be collected and used effectively, helping to increasing utilization of light source.
