隨著時代進步,女性投入勞動市場的比例逐年提昇,在傳統社會男主外、女主內的性別角色下,現在就業女性兼顧工作與家庭所需承受的壓力遠比以往嚴重。而在全面科技化時代,產能提升,機器全年無休,也都改變傳統的工作型態,演變出各種輪班制度。然而輪班制度下,工作時間及日夜作息不規則易造成生理、心裡不適、社會行為的困擾及生活上之不適應。本研究以319位從事高科技產業四班二輪女性員工為對象,以問卷調查的方式,藉由描述性統計、交叉分析、工作特性模式(Job Characteristics Model, JCM)、變異數分析(Analysis of Variance, ANOVA)來探討四班二輪女性工作者工作壓力及工作滿意度之關係。研究發現:(1)大多數四班二輪的服務年資都不長久,(2)婚姻容易造成四班二輪工作的異動,(3)工作壓力來源主要是上司 (主管) 及個人身體狀況,(4)紓解工作壓力的主要方式是充分的睡眠,(5)整體而言,四班二輪的女性工作者的工作滿意度偏低,在MPS五種等級中,滿意度只有尚可,(6)白天班比夜班工作者的工作滿意度高,(7)無塵室的工作者較非無塵室者的工作滿意度要來得高。
As time goes by, the percentage of women entering labor market has increased year by year. Competing the Chinese tradition custom of men working outside & women doing housekeeping, women who take care of business & family in same time have to hold more stress than before in current years. In addition, the machine increased the power of production in Technology Age & also created various Shift Systems to match the non-stopping Mechanization. However, the differences of working time & behavior caused a lot of problems such as physical & mental uncomfortable or confusion of social behavior.In this study, there are 319 female employees of Four-Shift-Two-Round System pass through by questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics, cross-analysis, Job Characteristics Model and Analysis of Variance to investigate the relationship between working stress and job satisfaction from the female employees of Four-Shift-Two-Round System.According to this study, we can find out several results. 1. The most of them don’t service too long period in same job. 2. The marriage will cause the transaction of Four-Shift-Two-Round System 3. The main sources of pressure are from the supervisor and personal health condition 4. Sufficient sleeping is the best way to relieve the pressure. 5. Job satisfaction of female employees is low in Four-Shift-Two-Round System. The level is passable at five levels in the MPS. 6. The class is daytime higher than the night shift worker's work degree of job satisfaction 7. Clean room 's worker higher than non- Clean room 's work in job satisfaction .
