圓柱齒輪缺陷對頻率響應之影響

摘要


齒輪具有準確、高效率及平順的傳動特性,因此廣泛被應用於各傳動裝置中。但由於齒輪常需在高負載、高轉速、變轉速等環境下運轉,容易因缺陷的影響而引起振動。為了減少齒輪傳動時受到上述缺陷的影響而造成振動,故須瞭解引起齒輪振動之因素為何。因此,研究將針對低負載、低轉速的圓柱齒輪為主要研究對象。其模型是以圓柱齒輪程式化軟體計算出圓柱齒輪真實齒面之點參數,將產生之點參數匯入PRO/ENGINEER進行圓柱齒輪幾何建立與裝配,並應用HYPERMESH進行前處理作業,再透過LS-DYNA彈性顯式動力學有限元素分析軟體進行振動及其響應分析;並於模型中加入不同之缺陷進行分析以瞭解其振動頻率響應之特性,應用上述之有限元素軟體擷取傳動誤差曲線,並藉由快速傅立葉轉換(FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM;FFT)將傳動誤差曲線轉換為頻譜,再將解析後之頻譜與實際實驗量測之數值進行比較探討。其模擬數據可作為圓柱齒輪相關產品各階段開發之參考,也可瞭解振動源是由何種缺陷所引起,對於縮短設計、開發或故障診斷有極大助益。

Due to the gear often required to operate under the environment of the high-load, high-speed and variable speed etc., vulnerable to the effects of defects caused by vibration. In order to reduce the effect of defects during the gear transmission bring about vibration, it is necessary to understand factor of gear caused by vibration. Therefore, the objects of the main research will to the low-load, and low-speed gear. The points parameter on real surface geometry contour of the cylindrical gear model, it is calculate by the software of cylindrical gear stylization, then the points parameter import the PRO/ENGINEER for the building of cylindrical gear geometry and assembly, and the pre-processing operation of carried out by HYPERMESH, then analysis to carried out the vibration and other response, then analysis to carried out the vibration and other response, it's through LS-DYNA software of the finite element analysis of explicit dynamic of elasticity; and adding analysis of different defects in the model, so that to understand characteristic of the frequency response, then to apply the above to mention the software of finite element be obtained of transmission error curve, by Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) will be a transmission error curve is converted to the spectrum, finally, will be doing a comparison of the spectrum analysis with the numerical of the actual experimental measurement, it's to verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis. The simulation data can be used as a reference of Cylindrical Gear related products at all stages of development, and also can understand the vibration source are which one defect to cause, For shorten the time of design, development, and the great help of fault diagnosis.
