結合電力線網路和乙太網路應用於家庭電能監控

摘要


經濟部能源局表示,自民國101年起,政府將投入一千三百億以上的預算發展智慧型電網之建設,使智慧電網成為國家發展的重點。在智慧型電網的結構中,居家的電力系統與所有人息息相關,也是電力公司中用戶數最多的部分,因此,智慧型居家將會是發展智慧電網中很重要的一項基礎建設。智慧型居家是利用資通訊技術及自動化控制將居家生活中的各種子系統連接在一起,形成家庭區域網路,不僅實現家庭內部的設備整合,更能透過家庭伺服器與外部網路進行訊息交換,達到電能管理及遠端監控的訴求。家電產品透過家庭網路實現電能監控及管理成為智慧化生活的一項重要指標,並且不需要重新佈線的網路結構也是必然的,所以新一代的家電產品皆具備無線網路通訊技術,然而,舊有的家電沒有這些先進的通訊技術,使得完整的家庭區域網路難以建構。為了讓舊有家電能夠與家庭區域網路整合,本文將研製具有量測和通訊功能的智慧型插座系統並且利用個人電腦開發伺服器介面。經由電力線通訊的方式傳送插座上的用電資訊,並且將資料加入TCP/IP封包表頭使得數據得以傳送至乙太網路。本文整合電力線網路和乙太網路建構成家庭區域網路,由於乙太網路能夠與網際網路連結,因此使用者可以利用網際網路在遠端電腦監控家中用電,實現家庭電能監控。

Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, said that since the Republic of China 101 years, the government will invest more than NTD130 billion to develop and construct smart grid that becomes the national development priorities. In the structure of the smart grid, household electrical system is closely related to end-users and it is also the largest number part in the power company. Therefore, the development of smart home will be a very important infrastructure in smart grid. Smart Home is the use of information and communication technology and automation control system to connect the various subsystems together to form a home area network (HAN). Not only appliances achieve integration within the family, but also home server can carry out the message exchange with external network to meet the demands of the power management and remote monitoring. Through home area network (HAN), electricity monitoring and management of appliances has become an important indicator of smart life. Considerations in network structure without rewiring the premise, a new generation of home appliances are equipped with wireless network communication technology However current general home appliances are lack of these advanced communication technology. It is difficult to build a complete home area network. In order to make the most of the existing appliances and home area network integration, this study will develop a measureable and communication functions smart electrical outlet. Meanwhile, the server interface is developed by using personal computer. Information on smart electrical outlet will transmit to the home sever via power line communication. Meanwhile, data added TCP / IP packet header allow data to be sent to the Ethernet. In this study, the integration of the power line communication and Ethernet build a home area network. Because Ethernet can link with Internet, user can monitor home electricity consumption by remote computer over the internet to achieve the purpose of the home electricity monitoring.
