網際雙自由度凸輪機構尺寸合成系統

摘要


本研究採用基因演算法建立一套網際平面雙自由度凸輪機構之尺寸合成系統,並且利用符號式運算建構本研究所用的凸輪機構運動方程式和凸輪外型輪廓合成方程式。另外,本研究也建立了一網際平台系統,系統操作者可以利用瀏覽器,選擇機構的輸出軌跡類型,由系統後端的最佳化演算模組進行尺寸最佳化合成運算,完成最小化機構輸出端點通過目標路徑的誤差值後,系統將透過電子郵件通知,讓使用者直接在瀏覽器中檢視合成結果的凸輪機構運動模擬。最後,利用 3 種不同 8 字形軌跡類型作為機構最佳化的目標,以展現網際系統自動化處理問題的能力及其結果。

In this study, a web-based dimensional synthesis system of a two degree of freedom cam linkage mechanism is created to perform the figure-eight path generation using the genetic algorithms method. The associated linkage system kinematics and cam profile synthesis equations were derived by using the symbolic assisted method. In addition, a web-based platform system is created to allow the user to minimize the trajectory error of the mechanism through web browser interface and synthesis computation is performed by background genetic algorithm program. Once the final target is reached, e-mail accompanied with the mechanism motion simulation link information will be sent to user to provide animated examination of the synthesis result. To the end of this research, three different types of figure eight path generation problem were used to demonstrate the ability of the system with satisfactory results.
