機械拋光工藝:細拋時拋光液對於Al6061合金表面光澤度的影響

摘要


本研究主要針對機械拋光的參數設定與拋光液的種類對鋁合金拋光後表面光澤度之影響進行探討。由於鋁合金質地較軟,表面不耐腐蝕及易刮傷,光澤度不僅差,色澤也偏灰暗,使得鋁合金的應用受到限制。因此本研究改變拋光工藝中的參數設定並對拋光液種類加以分析比較,期望能提升鋁合金在機械拋光後的表面光澤度。 本實驗使用Al6061 (Al-Mg-Si) 合金,經T6 (固溶處理後實施人工時效) 熱處理後,使用# 600、# 800砂紙進行研磨,再以機械拋光的方式先後進行粗拋及細拋,藉由各個工序加工後的差異,找出在機械拋光參數中影響鋁合金光澤度的原因。其次利用SAI-01圓盤拋光機在細拋的部分測試了三種拋光液做拋光後的比較,且以EDS分析拋光液的成分,粒徑則以SEM分析,最後以OM、粗度儀、分光測色計等分析,探討Al6061(Al-Mg-Si) 合金,經機械拋光後之光澤度變化。結果顯示,在相同的拋光參數設定條件下,當拋光液中Al含量減少時有助於提升L值;而鋁合金經過H76-28A拋光液加工後之亮度較H89-28A與8511高。Al含量為12.67 at.% 之拋光液,經機械拋光轉速設定600 rpm、拋光液動作7 s、噴量10 c. c.、加工60 s後,具有最佳光澤度(L值可達93.4)。

Since the aluminum alloys have some disadvantages on its properties, such as the lower hardness, the weaker properties in the corrosion and wear, and the worse gloss, resulting in some limitations for its applications. Hence, this research focus on study the effect of polishing process on aluminum alloys and find the suitable process make the surface of alloy has better glossiness. Three kinds of polishing slurries, including the H76-28A, H89-28A and 8511 are used and the polishing slurry effect on the surface gloss of Al6061-T6 alloys after mechanical polish treatment are explored. The particle sizes and chemical compositions of these slurries are measured by using the SEM and EDS, respectively. In addition, the surface gloss of the Al6061-T6 alloys after mechanical polish treatment is also measured by using optical microscopy (OM), roughness gauge and spectrophotometer, respectively. The results indicate that the value of L increases with decreasing the content of Al under the same parameters of the polish process. The surface gloss of Al6061-T6-H76-28A shows a better property than that of Al6061-T6- H89-28A and 8511. The optimal surface gloss of Al6061-T6-H76-28A alloy can be obtained (i.e., the value of L is 93.4) when Al content of polishing slurry is 12.67 at%, polishing speed is 600 rpm, the spraying time of polishing slurries is 7 second, the spraying rate is 10 c.c./min, and the time of mechanical polish is 60 second.
