鏟花工件檢測裝置與技術開發

摘要


工具機的基礎關鍵技術之一為機械組裝製造過程的「鏟花-Scraping」,鏟花技術是以微量的鏟、削、刮來矯正機械加工所留下的誤差,但鏟花工件的品質是國內業者最容易疏忽的關鍵。本文所提出的鏟花工件量測系統,結合了雷射位移計與可程式化的多軸載具。雷射位移計將光束投射至鏟花工件表面,可量測鏟花工件表面的高度;載具裝置著雷射位移計,對需要量測的範圍規劃路徑並掃描。本系統由軟體執行規劃,使雷射位移計沿著與鏟花工件移動,並由研發出來的軟體,設定原點與抓取鏟花的表面型貌,並進行數值處理,然後且由軟體繪出三維與二維半的圖形來分析鏟花工件的品質。

Scraping technique is one of the key point techniques in machine tool industry. But the scraping measurement standard in ISO is not strict at present. The lead red still used to measure the scraping workpieces. It hurts the workers and damages the environment. In this paper, a measurement system for scraping workpieces is presented. A laser displacement meter is utilized to measure the depth of the scraping spots and the precision 2-dimension stage is used to locate the position of the scraping spots. And then the 3-dimension of the scraping workpiece is drawn via using least square methode. Finally, the result is compared with the result of the surface roughness tester, and they coincide. The experiment results evidence the measurement system has better performance.
