應用於電梯系統之雙向換流器研製

摘要


本論文主要研究應用於電梯系統的雙向換流器。電梯系統主要以馬達帶動電梯車廂,當電梯車廂減速煞車時,電梯馬達將轉變為發電機運轉模式,將煞車機械能轉為電能,此再生電能在傳統電梯系統裡,通常使用煞車電阻消耗掉。本論文以綠能環保為前提,改善傳統電梯系統煞車時的再生電能處理方式,透過雙向換流器將再生電能轉換為交流電後,饋入市電回收再利用。並且,當電梯馬達為電動機運轉模式時,雙向換流器則將交流電轉為直流電供給電梯馬達使用,並進行功率因數校正。本論文實際製作5kW雙向換流器,印證所提理論之可行性。

This thesis presents design and implementation of the bi-directional inverter for elevator system. Elevator system is mainly driven by the motor. When the elevator is braking, the motor changes into generator mode and it converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. In conventional elevator system, the regenerative energy is generally consumed by the resistance, and the system has low efficiency. The bi-directional inverter is proposed to achieve regenerative brake function in this thesis. The bi-directional inverter can fulfill grid connection and power factor correction. When the motor of elevator system is operated in motoring mode, the ac voltage from utility is converted to DC voltage by the inverter. The motor of elevator system is operated in regenerative brake mode, the motor mechanical energy converting to electrical energy, the inverter injects the electrical energy to ac grid. A 5kW prototype was implemented to verify its the feasibility.
