近年來,國內在體委會與地方政府的推廣下,台灣各地區在短短的幾年間建置不少擁有好山、好水又好玩的自行車道或適合騎乘的道路。目前有許多自行車休閒產業相關網站提供自行車道的分享及搜尋,但在公共設施的相關資訊並沒有進行統一且不完全,如鐵馬驛站、保養維護據點以及救援與醫療等,在騎乘自行車前必須花一段時間收集當地的相關設施及資訊,或是在騎乘當下發生緊急狀況或需要休憩與補給飲用水時,如沒有事先的蒐集資料,會造成很多騎乘的不便。 因此,本論文將建置一套自行車旅遊遊憩資訊平台,採用電子地圖將騎乘資訊整合分類呈現,包含服務設施、自行車道、休息與遊憩點等,並能夠規劃騎乘自行車時的停駐點,規劃出自行車路線和計算路線的難易程度。本論文所提出的路線難易度考慮坡度、長度和肌耐力的消耗程度,並結合下坡時的危險性計算出路線綜合難易度等級。最後利用實際的三種不同類型的路段進行模擬,並能夠正確的分類路段類型和難易程度。

In this paper, route rating consideration slope, length and degree of consumption of muscular endurance, and calculate the degree of difficulty combined downhill risk. Finally, simulation using the actual three different types of roads, and can correct classification link type and degree of difficulty.
