摘要

本研究旨在歸納現有膠囊製作及素食膠囊之製程發展現況。並設計素食膠囊標章及取用時易辨識之素食膠囊突狀顆粒外殼，作為未來醫院知情同意與用藥安全流程及立法之參考依據。探討主題涵蓋三部分：第一部分，植物性素食膠囊製作技術及發展現況。第二部分，從民眾知情同意與用藥安全之角度談素食殼材之充分說明義務；第三部分，推動藥物之中英文素食標章。

This thesis focuses on the development of vegetarian capsule shell material and medication safety. In order to identify vegetarian capsules easily, we design the vegetarian capsules mark, we would like to use these mark for hospital informed consent and medication safety processes in the future, of course, and we need the legislative effort. We explore this thesis in three parts: first, the production technology and development of the vegetarian capsule.Second, informed consent and the fully illustrated obligation of vegetarian shell material and drug safety. Final, we would like to promote Chinese-English vegetarian marks on all medication packages.
