照像模組鏡頭之雜光分析與對策

摘要


摘 要 照像模組普遍安裝於手機與筆記型電腦等消費性電子產品,此類產品特性為需求量極大、開發時程短暫及價格低廉。本論文主要針對照像模組用鏡頭常見雜光問題進行研究,以非序列模擬軟體”高級系統分析程式” ASAP(Advanced Systems Analysis Program)於設計完成,開模以前對光學鏡頭的雜散光品質問題進行先期模擬評估,然後將製作完成之樣品實際安裝於照像模組上進行雜光拍攝確認,當有不明雜光出現時,則將部品實測外型尺寸代入ASAP模擬,評估光路及能量值,之後再將可能造成雜光機構件以手工修改後再次拍攝影像確認。借由模擬軟體輔助,及實作驗證以有效改善雜光問題,如此可減少修模次數、縮短開發時程、節省開發費用,進而達成如期送樣需求。

Abstract Camera modules are widely implemented on consumer electronic products such as mobile phones and laptop/notebook computers since they have evolved and looked for greater demands, shorter developmental period and lower cost. This thesis discusses how the non-imaging optical simulation software, ASAP(Advanced Systems Analysis Program), is used on optical lens module to simulate and solve stray light issues during design stages. During developmental stages, optical lens modules are assembled into camera module for confirmation. When the unidentified stray light appears, the proposed scenario allows user to input parts’ actual dimensions, as it will simulate the outcomes accordingly. Then the simulation result can be compared with the actual projection in order to back track light path and imaging location.This process is critical because we can modify mechanical parts for testing and confirm if the quality can become better. After several back and forth confirmations/verifications, we can identify the major causes and make adjustment on the molding tools. With the software-aided simulation, it can effectively improve stray light problems, reduce developmental time, shorten design/processing period and finally reduce the design costs.
