基於近年隨著加工精度提升及影像量測的進步,以及龐大的生產量及品質要求,AOI(Automated Optical Inspection)自動化光學檢測已廣泛應用在機械、電子、半導體產業等領域,可在不接觸待測物的狀況下,進行尺寸量測或瑕疵檢測,有效降低人工目測誤差及檢測的人工成本,並不接觸待測物,避免工件的汙染,也提升檢測速度。目前產品大多是按圖施工,是為正向設計,但可能因特殊源無設計原始圖形圖,因此可利用RE(Reverse Engineering)逆向工程得到數值,以還原產品外型尺寸。 本文利用光學影像的擷取、數值演算原理以及逆向工程的概念,自行建構一套利用影像擷取工件輪廓及工件相對高度,以取代原始需靠接觸式的系統。本系統搭配三軸移動平台、雷射測距儀與馬達控制器,使攝影機、雷射測距儀與待測物移動,測量工件3D輪廓。本系統為即時量測系統,量測功能有線、外圓、內圓、角度、距離、相對高度等,並將量取到的數值還原成外型輪廓。亦可將待測物輪廓量測到的數據轉成CNC加工機使用之NC(Numerical Control,NC)加工碼指令,直接進行複製加工。

Given the gradual enhancement of machining accuracy and the progress made in image measurement in recent years as well as the significant requirements in production capacity and quality, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) has been widely applied in fields such as machinery, electronics and semiconductor. It has the ability to measure dimensions or detect flaws without having direct contact with the object to be examined. Thus, it can effectively reduce error in manual visual inspection and the manpower cost for detection. Moreover, the pollution on the work piece is prevented and the detection speed is improved since there is no contact with the object to be examined. Currently, most products are manufactured using the drawings and the products adopt the forward design. However, there may be no original design chart for the products in some cases, thus the Reverse Engineering (RE) may be used to get the values so as to restore the overall dimensions of the original product. By utilizing optical image extraction, numerical calculation principle and the concept of reverse engineering, this paper will build a system that uses the image to extract the profile and relative height of the work piece which will replace the original contact-type system. In order to measure the 3D profile of the work piece, the tri-axial mobile platform, laser range finder and motor control are collocated to move the camera, laser range finder and the object to be examined. The proposed system is an instant measurement system that can measure the wire, outer circle, inner circle, angle, distance and relative height. It can also restore the measured value into an exterior profile and convert the measured data profile of the object to be examined into the Numerical Control ( NC ) code commands for the CNC processor’s direct processing.
