本論文主要在研製一個具有軟切換之非隔離型雙向直流/直流轉換器。在過去的研究,具有雙向軟切換的隔離型雙向轉換器已被廣泛發表,且控制方式多為相移控制或是用脈波頻率調變。本論文提出使用脈波寬度調變控制的非隔離型雙向直流/直流轉換器,轉換器用一個主動式緩振器使主開關具有零電壓切換的特性。論文首先說明轉換器的操作原理,接著分析與設計電路。最後,實作一部1kW之硬體電路來驗證此轉換器之可行性。
This thesis presents design and implementation of a non-isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter with soft-switching features. In past studies, isolated bidirectional converters with soft-switching features have been widely present, and controlled by phase-shift control or pulse-frequency modulation. In this thesis, a non-isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter controlled by pulse-wide modulation is proposed. The converter is equipped with an active snubber, which can achieve zero-voltage-switching features. The operational principle of the proposed converter is first described, and its analysis and design are then presented. Finally, a 1kW prototype has been implemented, from which measured results have verified the feasibility of this circuit.
