隨著養生保健風潮的盛行,現今各種運動休閒運動器材較之以前有更高的需求。其中自行車是人們重要的交通工具,隨著時間的推移,自行車的結構漸漸被最佳化,除了椅墊、骨架、鏈條,許多自行車上的結構都被設計成符合人體工學的樣式,鏈輪也是其中之一。目前自行車產業裡,以圓形鏈輪占大多數,但隨著各項分析設計工具的廣為使用,非圓形鏈輪在自行車產業上也日漸受到重視。本研究採用Visual Studio C++軟體進行橢圓形鏈輪之設計,以自動繪製橢圓形鏈輪。本研究亦針對橢圓形鏈輪的偏心率對踩踏之順暢度、騎乘效率的差異與JIS S形齒,JIS U形齒對騎乘效率之間的差異進行研究,因此首先設計、製造圓形鏈輪與偏心率0.2、0.4、0.6之橢圓形鏈輪,並在每種偏心率中設計兩種齒形,共七個測試樣本。經由實驗得知偏心率越大力量差異性越大;當偏心率0.4的鏈輪功率最佳;U形齒之功率耗損較S形齒為佳。本研究最後採用圓形鏈輪於實際踩踏時之各個角度扭矩繪製出一封閉曲線之扭矩軌跡,將扭矩軌跡以Matlab軟體將數據點進行曲線擬合,以繪製最佳的施力鏈輪節曲線。
Recently, health issues is getting more attentions than ever. It makes the requirement of the sports equipment with higher performance and good characteristics. As the times change, the structure is optimized for bicycle, and sprocket is one of them. This study applys Visual Studio C++ to design and automatically draw non-circular sprocket. The eccentricity of the elliptical sprocket and JIS tooth profiles are compare with the effectiveness. A circular sprocket and elliptical sprockets of eccentricity, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 respectively, with tooth profile, type S and type U, are manufactured for the experiments. The result reveals that the elliptical sprocket with 0.4 eccentricity is the best one. The results also show that JIS-U profile is better than S-type. The torque trajectory is obtained from the experiment and fitted with Matlab to get the best pitch curve of sprocket.
