三合一智慧車用通訊網路分析儀 暨異質互連平台設計

摘要


為了解決未來車輛內不斷提升的ECU數量,及其巨大的通訊網路訊號傳輸資料量,以及在不斷提升的電控系統安全比重的強烈需求下。本研究建構一台三合一智慧車用通訊網路分析儀與異質互連驗證平台,並以此為架構來研發及整合目前相關的車輛通訊網路技術-LIN、CAN與FlexRay。其中,針對國內尚未普及的高速線傳控制系統(X-by-wire)中,所需具備的FlexRay高速車載通訊網路來切入,並分別實現FlexRay/CAN以及CAN/LIN等兩種匯流排網路異質轉換的目的。因此,本研究包含下列的兩個研究主軸: 1. 異質互連驗證平台:此部分實現了標準FlexRay,CAN與LIN等三種不同的車載通訊網路系統,以及FlexRay/CAN與CAN/LIN等雙閘道器和其所實現的ECU節點。其中,根據實際車輛的功能,分別模擬成各個操控的ECU節點,例如,CAN時速表節點,FlexRay方向盤節點,以及大燈LIN節點。最後,並與市售的其他車輛通訊分析儀比較驗證,以驗證此異質互連驗證平台符合規格之需求。 2. 三合一智慧車用通訊網路分析儀:此分析儀具備高速的USB 2.0介面,用來即時傳送剖析後的FlexRay、CAN與LIN等各種車載訊號的封包至PC主機端觀看。其中,運用一USB 2.0晶片組連接CAN控制器與CAN收發器,及LIN收發器分別來實現CAN與LIN匯流排協定的剖析。另外,再連接一CPLD元件來實現FlexRay網路協定的剖析。而此分析儀不僅低成本及友善的GUI人機介面外,並符合FlexRay 2.1、CAN2.0 A/B與LIN 2.0等三種協定規格。 透過此研究的相關實現與成果,不僅可提供了在車載通訊電子網路的訊號解析與連接功能外,並可實現在諸多車載控制平台或儀器介面的延伸診斷功能。

Since there are limited studies on Fly-By-Wire interface, the purpose of the study is to build a FlexRay high-speed vehicle's communication network. The study contains with two folds- heterogeneous interconnection verifying platform and intelligent vehicle's communication network analyzer of FlexRay, CAN and LIN. The accomplished features of the two systems are described as follows. 1. Heterogeneous Interconnection Verifying Platform : The study accomplish FlexRay, CAN and LIN ECU nodes and two FlaxRay/CAN and CAN/LIN Gateway for verifying FlexRay, CAN and LIN communication protocol and further designs a heterogeneous interconnection platform of FlexRay, CAN and LIN that consists of three controlling ECU nodes-CAN tachometer node, steering wheel FlexRay node, and lights LIN node. 2. Intelligent Vehicle's Communication Network Analyzer The analyzer has high speed USB 2.0 interface that transmitting parsed packages of FlexRay, CAN and LIN signal to PC in real-time. In order to implement the protocol analysis of CAN and LIN bus, the analyzer utilizes USB 2.0 chipset to connect CAN controller, CAN transceiver and LIN transceiver. Meanwhile, the CPLD component is connected to parse FlexRay network protocol. The analyzer not only provides lower cost and friendly GUI human interface, but also confirm to FlexRay 2.1, CAN2.0 A/B, and LIN 2.0 protocol specification. Thus, the study increases the application that benefits the communication network technology of vehicle electronics and fulfills more needs in the related field.
