超音波輔助複合電鍍之研究

一般市面上鉻金屬沉積方式幾乎為電鍍層，其技術及各種問題之探討較為成熟，但國內對於無電鍍鉻之相關研究鮮少，甚至無相關化學鍍浴之成份研究，而國外無電鍍鉻研究其沉積效率極低。本研究結合電鍍與化學無電複合沉積方式將鉻鍍層附著於金屬板材上，並且能達到良好的沉積速率及光澤，主要方式為結合電鍍及無電鍍技術加上超音波輔助振動對基材沉積鉻層，使用不銹鋼及銅分別做為基材，鉛錫合金及純錫金屬棒做為陽極，並以鉻酸溶液添加其他藥劑作為鍍液，進行電鍍與化學無電沉積複合加工，所提出之方法可以改善以往純粹電鍍及無電鍍鍍層之缺點，提升電流效率、沉積速率與表面光澤性。

In this study, combined electric plating and chemical-free way composite deposition coating of chromium metal plate attached to on, and to achieve good deposition rate and luster, mainly for the combination of electroless plating and ultrasonic technology combined with a vibration-assisted deposition of Cr layer on the substrate , the use of stainless steel and copper as the substrate, respectively, Pb-Sn alloy and pure tin metal as the anode, and chromic acid solution in order to add additional agents as the solution to conduct electricity without electroplating and chemical deposition of composite processing, the proposed method can be used purely to improve the electroplating and electroless plating of disadvantage and enhance the current efficiency, deposition rate and surface gloss.
