LED投影機之光學設計驗證與模擬分析

摘要


摘要 一般微型投影機具光強度低、投影環境受限、投影距離小及投影解析度不良等缺點,且其技術多掌控於大廠,若欲切入較為不易,加上其應用之範疇較易受被整合性產品侷限,故本研究將探討如何藉以獨立功能投影系統之小型投影機為基礎,設計高光強度與高均勻度之光學引擎。 本文藉由掃描式照度量測法與分角光度量測法之實驗量測為分析模擬之基礎,深入探討現有光導管整合器之光學性能,並藉由光學模擬分析之模式建立光照均勻度之判定準則,而後藉由此準則對光導管整合器進行參數分析,以實際瞭解影響光導管性能之控制因子;以光學模擬分析之形式結合晶體旋轉量測法,建立LCD面板之光學模擬機制,並藉由實驗驗證分析此光學模擬之結果,以確立LCD面板模擬流程架構。 探討LED投影機光學引擎之高性能光源,本研究藉以思派羅準則與光均勻度判定準則,設計陣列式LED光源模組,以使其達高光強度與高均勻度之目的。由本研究之結果,對於LED投影機光學引擎之設計與開發,具相當程度之助益。

Abstract Recently, high market attention has been focused on a class of the mobile projector from the voice of business community. However, it has the significant deficiency of low light intensity for mini-projector on the projection market. In order to progress the innovation ability of the portable capability and optical performance of the mobile projector, it may have the need to develop the computered-aided development process. Based on the optical simulation analysis and experimental measurements, the study of this thesis is aimed to construct the the computer-aided modeling and analysis of the collaborative product development process for the LED mobile projector consisted of LED light engine and LCD display module. In the thesis, the results of the optical numerical simulation were verified by series of optical experiments such as the goniophoto measurement,scanning illumination experiment and crystal rotation Method. Further study of the high power LED array lighting module were analyzed for the innovative design of the LED projector. Based on the efforts, it may be believed that the computered-aided development process of the mobile LCD projector with a LED optical engine can progress the development quality of the projection industry.
