應用雙光源模型進行LED封裝透鏡之設計

摘要


白光發光二極體(Light Emitting Diodes, LED)光源與傳統光源相比較具有諸多優點,如:高效率、反應速度快、壽命長、環保等優勢,自從高功率與高亮度LED成功發展以來,白光LED已被公認為未來應用在一般照明市場上的主流,然而螢光粉在白光LED的發光上有很重要的因素。 目前對於LED的模擬基於激發光譜以及散射模型,但這樣的模型有時會因為參數不足導致模型的可信度問題。本文光源定義是從傳統白光混膠-點膠封裝方式,經由人眼的觀測的現象,可以看出LED chip上為藍光而周圍螢光粉則是黃光,經由此現象可知。 因此本文提出一套雙光源模型來模擬一面光源藍光激發黃色螢光粉的模型,利用一維的照度分析量測來掌握LED實際在空間上光學特性分布,並且利用實驗上所量測的光學特性與模擬所得的光學特性作相互比較,驗證本文模擬技術的可靠性以及對於二次光學封裝應用的精確性。並經由雙光源模型的精確性,應用在二次光學透鏡上,並將原先設計出非球面凹透鏡,進行優化。

White LED (Light Emitting Diodes, LED) light source as compared with traditional light sources have many advantage, such as: high efficiency, fast response, long life and environmental protection advantage. Since the high power and high brightness LED has been the successful development, white LED has been recognized as the future general lighting application in the mainstream market. However, the phosphor in white LED's light on a very important factor. Current simulation for the LED-based excitation and scattering model, but such models are sometimes inadequate because parameters of the model's credibility problem. This article is from the traditional white mixed plastic - dispensing means, and through the package by the human eye's visual situation. Can see the LED chip on the Blu-ray and issued around the phosphor is yellow. Application of optical software LightTools simulated blue-ray for Chip and around the phosphor is yellow light for mixing way. This paper presents a dual-source model to simulation the case of mixing, and the use of one-dimensional measurement to control the illumination of LED optical characteristics on the actual distribution in space. And using experimentally measured optical characteristics and simulations comparing the optical properties. Validate the reliability of simulation technology and the application package for the accuracy of the second optical. By the two-source model of accuracy and application in the second optical lenses, and non-spherical concave lens was originally designed, optimized.
