電漿表面改質並製備導電性聚酯纖維織物之研究

摘要


本研究之主要目的是運用田口方法之最佳製程參數設計,藉由改變筆式電漿與大氣電漿設備上相關參數,對聚酯纖維織物之表面進行改質並產生親水現象,再將聚酯纖維織物塗佈導電聚苯胺、聚二氧乙基塞吩及石墨溶液,並進行織物表面片電阻量測與紡織品電磁屏蔽效果之評估。實驗結果顯示,以田口法實驗並且用變異數分析所得到的最佳製程參數組合下,聚酯纖維織物塗佈導電石墨可提升電磁屏蔽的效果且經過耐水洗實驗後幾乎可維持其片電阻值。

The purposes of this study were to analyze the optimal process parameters of the atmospheric plasma and pen-like plasma by using a Taguchi method. Polyester fabrics improved the hydrophilic characteristic after the plasma-surface modification. Spin coating was used to apply uniform thin layers of polyaniline, poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) or graphite onto polyester fabrics, and then the sheet resistance measurement and the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness test were evaluated. From the results of Taguchi experimental and variance analysis, the optimal process parameters combination was applied to coated graphite on polyester fabric. The electromagnetic interference shielding effect of polyester fabrics was improved and the desired sheet resistance was also maintained.
