近年來自動化的生產設備與加工機具不斷地追求精密化,因此設備中的各種元件都必須要平穩的運作,一旦發生異常的振動往往代表設備已經發生故障或是即將發生故障,如減速馬達、傳動機構、各式軸承、轉盤等都會在故障時發生異常的振動,由此可知振動監控系統在現代的生產設備中具有重要的地位。 因此本論文設計了一個具網路傳輸功能之振動監視與紀錄系統,除了一般常見的接點輸出、Modbus工業通訊標準介面,還可以透過Wi-Fi把警告狀態送到遠端伺服器的網頁上,以便於監視與紀錄該機具的運轉狀態,使用者只需瀏覽網頁便可輕鬆監控機具,達到遠端即時監控之目的。 本系統在應用設計上主要有三種輸出模式:(1)接點輸出模式:當設備振動達到預設門檻時,系統就會從乾接點送出導通訊號,提供控制電路使用;(2) Modbus輸出模式:當設備振動達到預設門檻時,系統會透過Modbus跟現場的PLC溝通,PLC也可經由Modbus讀取設備的振動參數。(3)Wi-Fi輸出模式:當振動異常發生時能連續紀錄機具的振動參數並上傳警告狀態至網站,以便後續分析之用。透過本系統的三種模式可以即時發現生產設備的故障狀況避免不良品之產生,同時可以長時間監控設備的健康狀況,安排適當的維修與保養,降低故障的風險與成本。
Recently, automatic producing equipment and processing machines require precision for producing. Therefore, all components in one must be able to coordinate smoothly. An abnormal vibration indicates or suggests a possible system failure. For example, most kinds of bearings, gears, and motors bring abnormal vibrations when they are malfunctioned. Hence a vibration monitoring system is vital for detecting and preventing the failure of these equipment. In this thesis we designed a vibration monitoring and recording system with a Wi-Fi interface. This system is designed with three modes, the “I/O output mode”, the ”Modbus link mode”, and the “Wi-Fi transmission mode”. When the system works in the “I/O output mode”: an I/O switch will be triggered to send out an alarm or stop the equipment when the vibration is beyond a preset threshold. In the ”Modbus link mode”, when the same issue occurs, in addition to triggering the I/O switch, it also provides a communication interface, a Modbus in specific, which is able to link with the PLC. After that, the PLC can make suitable corresponding acts to rectify such problems. While the “Wi-Fi transmission mode” is on, the system continuously senses the equipment vibration and parameters, and sends the warning status to a server on a web, which is a special data logging system, via Wi-Fi network. The data thus logged allows later analyzing and investigation of the cause of said abnormal vibration. Our system can monitor the real-time condition of the equipment, detect equipment failure immediately, and remind operator for appropriate repairing and maintenance. Thus decrease the risk and cost of equipment failure.
