本研究係以發展產業機械創新設計之研發流程為主要研究方向。文中將針對紡織產業封閉式胚布退漿水洗設備之創新設計進行研究,期使改善傳統連續性水洗技術,達成節能、節水及簡化設備空間之創新設計。 研究中所發展之創新設計研發流程,首先係藉由專利分析建立退漿水洗設備技術之發展歷程資訊,並以品質機能展開法分析各專利文獻之設計技術與功能特徴關聯性;繼而,再整合品質機能展開法與萃智法進行創新設計之目標需求與技術規劃的構思;其後,將結合實驗設計法進行電腦輔助最佳化,並對各種方案進行分析及設計評估。 在能源科技研究重點中,工業節能已成為技術發展的主軸。本研究係以改變退漿水洗作業流程及核心設備結構型態為主要創新手段,除對產業提供一套有系統之創新設計流程外,並以封閉式技術提高水洗效率以符合節能、節水及簡化設備空間整體創新設計的目標需求。
This research mainly focuses on the research and development process of developing innovative design for industrial machinery. This paper will research innovative design of gray cloth’s desizing washing equipments in textile industry, with the expectation to improve the traditional continuous washing technique and finally to achieve the innovative design which is more compact, energy and water saving. The innovative design research and development process in this research first utilizes patent analysis to establish the development history information of desizing washing technology, and utilizes quality function deployment method to analyze the correlation between design technique and function features in patent literatures. After that, it integrates the quality function deployment method and TRIZ method to form the idea of target demands and technical planning of the innovative design. Finally, it conducts analysis and design evaluation of various schemes by combining the experimental design with the computer aided optimum technique. With development of global environmental protection, industrial energy conservation has become the main axis of technological development in research focus of energy technology. The research takes changing desizing washing workflow and structural models of core equipments as the main innovation way, not only to improve performance indicators of washing technology, but also to meet the target requirements of the entire innovative design, which is more compact, energy and water conservation.
