摘要 輸電線路故障會影響電力工業與民眾生活非常大,並危及電力系統穩定。精確及可靠的輸電線路故障位置偵測,可縮短尋找故障時間與快速恢復電力供電,進而提高供電品質與減少因停電造成的經濟損失。本論文使用小波轉換技巧分析69kV級電力線路故障行波特性以判別故障位置。所提的方法先應用MATLAB軟體,建立一個69kV級輸電線路模型來模擬線路故障電波波形,經相模變換後再使用小波轉換分析線路故障電流行波傳遞時間與故障距離的關係,以計算出線路的故障位置。模擬結果平均誤差在3.0%範圍內,對電力公司而言,在電力輸電線路故障位置,並通知線路維護人員迅速處理已有很大的助益,本論文可做為未來故障測距硬體系統和軟體系統結合,以進行線上即時檢測的驗證及應用。
Abstract As people improve the quality of life and enhance self-awareness then ever-increasing power quality, so that the utility must improve their supply power quality. When a transmission line fails in malfunction, the electricity industry will be affected. Accurate and reliable detection of the fault location on transmission line can shorten the time required to find out the fault. A new approach is studied to recognize the 69kV power line fault position. The author established a 69kV transmission line model to simulate the transmission line fault by MATLABTM. This theory is taking a variety of waveforms of fault current into wavelet transformation to analyze the relationships between the line fault position and the reflect frequency of fault current. From this relationship, the fault position can be found. This study allows the 69kV power transmission line malfunction to be discovered and the fault position to be found immediately, which has the benefit of informing the worker for rapid maintenance .
