新型扳手開發流程與扭力分析方法

摘要

現今科技以蓬勃發展，而手工具之產品已有數百種甚至數千種之多，最多人使用也最一般的手工具非屬扳手莫屬，而光是扳手這項產品也已有百多年之歷史，甚至更已久遠，光是品牌部分初步估計略達數十家，但其外型均屬扁平無任何創新或其他突破性產品，扳手市場雖然廣泛，但以現今市場，無創新等於無競爭力的情況下，本文探討的新型扳手便成為市場所前所未見之產品，能與他人區隔市場需求。
在手工具產業中，台灣中部應屬全球手工具首屈一指之集散地，所有主要之產品均可在這不到300平方公里的區塊裡，本論文主要是針對扳手這常用手工具進行研究，探討一新型扳手的造型，能否達到符合扭力國際規範的需求，及如何利用電腦輔助模擬軟體的應用，獲得電腦輔助軟體分析的初步判定結果，進而設定標準扭力值的150%設定其安全裕度。
本研究在促使開發流程中減少設計及驗證中所產生反覆的驗證過程，在反覆的測試與驗證當中的導致時間與金錢浪費，卻仍無數據或表格從旁佐證的測試結果，後續進行實際模型的實驗分析，讓分析的結果與實際樣品驗證的結果一致，最後提供一套初步的研發流程，說明如何導入研發流程的方式來進行研發新扳手的開發，最終如何進行量產的開發流程。

Modern technology to flourish, and the product of hand tools have hundreds or even thousands of different kinds, the popularly tooling is wrench, but this product has also been more than one hundred years history, even more has been a long, the brands estimate more than dozens, but all of its appearance are flat and no any innovation or breakthrough products; although wrench are widely of market, but in currently marketing conditions, no innovation without equal competitive conditions, this paper discusses a new wrench has become unprecedented market of products that can segment the market demand with others.
In the hand tool industry, the central of Taiwan is second to none distributing center in global, all of mainly hand tool products can search at less than 300 square kilometers in this block, this thesis is to study this common hand tools for the wrench to explore a the new shape of the wrench and it shall be meet international standard all of requirements and how to apply Computer-aided simulation software to get the analysis results that can meet standard demands then set the torque value of 150% of the standard setting its margin of safety.
In this paper, in the promotion of the development process to reduce the design and verification of the verification process produces repeatedly, how to save cost and money in re-test and re-make of mockup, finally, provide a preliminary development process that how to get on mass production process.
