Most of the commercially available saw transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation mainly low-frequency voltage mode output because the human skin is capacitive, and therefore to low-frequency voltage mode output must improve the voltage, in order to achieve the efficacy of the human body ion cells active and stimulate the meridians, such will cause tingling sensation on the human skin. The research of this thesis transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is use current-mode output, so it will not cause tingling sensation on the the human skin and can stimulate deep subcutaneous tissue effect. In this paper, the use of the Holtek single-chip microprocessor (HT66F50) as the core, through the single chip to control the peripheral integrated circuit hardware, the main function is control the wave intensity and mode selection.
