具可程式邏輯控制功能之無線微控器設計與實現

摘要


自動化技術的應用是目前產業界提升競爭力的重要趨勢,而其中可程式控制器(PLC)扮演著相當吃重的角色。另一方面,隨著無線通訊技術的持續進步,結合各種巧思與創意產生了許多無線通訊的商品。現階段無線產業大都侷限應用在以資料蒐集為目的無線感測器上,如於居家保全、醫療看護、環境監測等,但是其控制操作端仍需透過Master端下達指令。本論文整合無線通訊技術與可程式控制的核心,建立一個可以群組發佈的無線可程式控制器架構。在此架構下,使用者可以透過Master端之人機介面,以無線的方式發佈PLC指令給指定的無線PLC,而在遠端的無線PLC則將接收到的PLC程式碼寫入自身的儲存裝置,如此,遠端無線PLC即具備獨立工作的能力,且即使重新開機,無線PLC亦可繼續自主工作,這樣的架構將大幅減少配線的需求,另一方面,本文亦規劃透過Master端進行各無線PLC間資料交換的機制,以擴大控制面的廣度,而結合控制律的指令,可增加系統的應用性。由於整個系統達到可程式化的功能,對於未來控制流程的變更或是控制參數的修改,只要透過此無線通訊機制即可達成,因此,整體系統具有相當大的發展潛力與極高的應用性。

Application of automation technology, the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) playing a very important role, is the major trends to enhance competitiveness in the industries. Wireless communication technology with ingenuity and creativity results in a great diversity of wireless communication products. Most of the wireless industry applications are in the field of data collection, such as home security, medical care, environmental monitoring, and so on. But the client still need control commands directed from the Master. Both of wireless communication technology and the core of programmable logic control are integrated in a wireless controller architecture, describing in this paper. Operators transmit the PLC code to the assigned programmable logic controller in the framework of the human-machine interface on Master side. The remote PLC will receive the PLC code and write it into storage device. The wireless remote programmable logic controllers have the ability to work independently. This structure could significantly simply the wiring demand. PLC clients, commanding by the Master, can exchange data with each other. The system has further applications with additional fuzzy or PID control law. The change of control flow or modification of the controller parameter can be obtained by the proposed mechanisms of wireless communication technology. Therefore, the proposed system has extensive developments and further practical applications.
