三軸CNC工具機之多體動力學分析

摘要


工具機產業為我國近年來在電子產業之外致力發展與推動的產業之一,向來視為機械之母,其應用相當廣泛,本論文主要以 CNC 工具機作為分析機型,討論主要元件彈性化於剛體與彈性體耦合加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的彈性振動變形對估算各種力量的動態影響,以ANSYS 有限元素法分析探討其共振頻率、阻尼與模態振型,並透過動態分析軟體RecurDyn從事剛柔耦合分析,使用RecurDyn中的設定方式使其更接近真實工具機的運作情況,在仿真的情況下模擬工具機在移動時所產生振動對於彈性件的動態影響與接觸力,並探討彈性件移動時的接觸應力是否接近於實際狀況,另外也討論了 CNC 工具機的振動模態與振動變形對機台的影響,使用 ANSYS 有限元素分析軟體去設定機台的有限元素模型並分析,以及使用大型敲擊鎚模態分析軟體ME,scopeVES,求出其共振頻率、模態振型等,使工具機能在仿真的情況下模擬機台運作時所產生慣性振動對機台的影響,本文將對於其結構與模態振型從事模擬分析並比較實驗值與分析值的差異。

Except the electronics industry, the machine tool industry iscommitted to the development and promotion of our country in recentyears. Machine tool has always been regarded as the mother ofmachinery. Its application is quite extensive. This study used CNCmachine tools as an analytical model to discuss the main components offlexible elastic deformation vibration transmission mechanism and themain structure of the rigid bearing and elastomeric coupling machiningestimate dynamic impact forces to perform ANSYS finite elementanalysis to investigate the frequency, damping and mode shapes. Usingdynamic analysis software RecurDyn engaged rigid ad flexible couplinganalysis to bring it closer to the real operation of machine tools. Thisinvestigation also associated with the contact force for the dynamiceffects generated by the elastic member to explore contact stress. There isalso discussion of the impact of vibration mode and vibration distortionCNC machine tools to machine using ANSYS finite element analysissoftware to set the finite element model of the machine and analysis, andthe use of large-scale percussion hammer modal analysis software ME,scopeVES obtains its resonance frequencies, mode shapes, so that thetools on the functions of inertial vibration of the machine in the case ofsimulation generated during operation of the machine simulation,simulation analysis for this article in its structure and mode shape andcomparison between the experimental values and analysis values.
