本文主要是針對裝置有彈簧密封條的三角轉子引擎來進行的研究及探討,首先利用腔體曲線的理論及算式來繪製出轉子引擎腔體及轉子活塞曲線,爾後計算出密封條在汽缸內壁所受作用力及反作用力,接著透過SolidWorks來繪製出各個轉子零件圖並且組裝完成。透過SolidWorks外掛程式來進行三角轉子引擎的動態分析與結構應力分析,最後探討三角轉子引擎在各種不同的條件與狀況下,引擎運轉的情形與承受的應力變化,可以發現轉子引擎再高轉速、低扭矩且結構對稱達到動平衡下此次研究將有助於未來設計與改良三角轉子引擎與密封條的密封狀況可以有較佳的設定。
This article is mainly for spring seal device Wankel engine to research and explore, First, the curve of the cavity theory and formula to draw out of the cavity and the rotor of the rotary engine piston curve, Thereafter calculated seal force acting on the cylinder wall and the reaction force, Next, we use SolidWorks to draw various rotor parts diagram and assembled. Wankel engine dynamic analysis and structural stress analysis through SolidWorks plug Wankel engine, and finally discuss the case of engine operation in a variety of conditions and situations, and the stress changes the rotor engine can be found again high speed, lowtorque and the structural symmetry achieve dynamic balance under this study will contribute to the future design and improvement of the Wankel engine seal seal better setting.
