在室內密閉的空間中一個良好的通風設備是為必要的,尤其是在於廚房中排油煙機是一項不可缺少的物品,排油煙機的好壞取決於排風量的多寡,然而要使排風量提升,加快風扇轉速雖是一個最簡單的方法但也提升了能源消耗,故本文針對如何在風扇相同情況下改善流道,可以使其達到最好的排風效果,並將改良後的排油煙機進行模擬抽氣,以觀察在廚房的有害氣體經排油煙機抽取後的分佈與其排出之效果。 本研究採用CFD套裝軟體Fluent14版進行模擬,為了提高其準確性,首先與實驗的PQ值進行比較,確定其模擬的結果有一定的準確度,經過驗證之後分為三個部分進行改善,第一部份改良上半部風胄使氣體更順暢的排出,第二部分改善下半部風胄減少氣體流入風機時在風機內部產生迴流影響,第三部分針對改良後排油煙機的抽取效果進行模擬,觀察改良後排油煙機對於廚房內有害氣體的排出狀況與殘留有害氣體之分佈情形。
In the closed of kitchen have a good ventilation is necessary. Especially, the kitchen range hood is an indispensable items. The range hood is good or bad depends on the exhaust volume. However, to make the exhaust volume increase. One of most simple method is accelerate the fan speed, but it will enhance the energy consumption. Therefore, this article is focus in how to improve the exhaust volume in the fan for same situation, and simulated exhaust for range hood after the improved, to observe it's effect for harmful gases distribution in the kitchen. This study used CFD “Fluent” to simulate. To improve the accuracy of the simulation. At first to compare the simulation and experimental values is proximate. Let the simulation values have a certain degree of accuracy. After verification is divided into three parts to improve. The first part is to improve the up cover, it will let the gas discharged more smoothly. The second part is to improve the under Cover, it will reduce reflux affect of gas flow into the range hood. The third part is simulation the range hood discharge effect after the improved, and observed the harmful gases residual condition in the kitchen.
