摘要


本論文研製一具有主動式箝位電路之隔離型全橋式升壓直流/直流轉換器,其電路架構為電流饋入式全橋轉換器,有高升壓比與高功率輸出的性能。轉換器利用相移控制方法使功率開關在切換過程中具有軟切換之效果。另外,提出一返馳式緩振器用來降低功率開關在切換時所產生的電壓突波,並且在高功率操作時,提高其電路轉換效率。最後,實作一部1.7kW之硬體電路來驗證此轉換器之可行性。

This thesis presents the design and implementation of an isolated full-bridge boost DC /DC converter with an active clamp circuit. The proposed converter is a current-fed full-bridge converter with high step-up ratio and high output power. Phase-shift control of the full-bridge switches is utilized to obtain soft-switching feature. In addition, this thesis proposes a flyback snubber to alleviate voltage spike, and to improve the efficiency of the converter in high power operation. Finally, a 1.7kW hardware has been implemented to verify the feasibility of the converter.
