射出成型之最佳化參數與生產履歷之研究

摘要


電子產品在我們生活周遭運用相當廣泛,因此本次研究針對電子部分零件進行研究,主要探討特定位置位移之最佳化參數,本次實驗材料採用ABS,實驗方式先利用模流分析軟體Moldex3D初步分析,再結合田口實驗進行分析,找出最佳化參數組合,在實際上機實驗,特定位置變化越小越好,理想目標為望小;模擬分析顯示位置的收縮位移以保壓時間最有影響,透過模流分析結合田口實驗降低實驗次數,擺脫傳統試模,並且此次研究最後結合,現今追求消費者可透過手機等可追溯產品來源等資訊,透過QR code來下載生產履歷,給消費者品質上的安心。 研究結果顯示,於模流分析上充填時間降低0.1秒、充填壓力改善4.5Mpa、總位移改善0.005mm及S/N比改善0.079;於實際上機實驗研究結果顯示,原始組實際射出有含包風及毛邊,最佳組含有毛邊,因此調降射出壓力至35%及射出速度調降至30%,即可改善包風與毛邊問題;此外透過QR code掃描下載生產履歷對於生產者或消費者,都很便利,業者透過Word以內建選項,直接點選所需要的材料等,即可快速完成生產履歷,上傳至雲端與QR code連結即可。

The consumer electronics is really popular in our daily life; therefore, this research focus on components of electronic products, especially on optimization parameter for shift of specific spot. This research adopt ABS. First of all, do the analysis with Moldex3D in mold flow analysis. Second, combine Taguchi to analyze the data to find out optimization parameter combination. Third, experiment with machine to apply the theory trying to reach smaller-the-better. Through simulation analysis, the most influential method is to shirk the displacement to pack time. Unlike traditional test mold, his experiment combined mold analysis and Taguchi to optimize. Finally, this research hoped to provide a qualified retraceable information for consumer to download and produce their resume though QR code. The research shows that there is an improvement on injection time, which decreases 0.1s, filling pressure, which lowers 4.5 Mpa , total displacement, which betters 0.005 mm, and S/N, which optimizes 0.079. In this experiment, there is bag of wind and flash in Control Group and there is only flash in Treatment Group; therefore, the pressure was lowered to 35% and the injection speed was decreased to 30 % to get better quality. Besides, downloading production resume through QR code is really convenient for not only consumer but also producer. People select the option, which is built in Word, directly, and choose the material, which generates the production resume quickly. Finally, upload it to the cloud and connect it with QR code
