A Strategic foresight in the applications of AI in The Remote Healthcare

摘要

本論文聚焦於人工智能應用於遠距健康服務產業內部之企業，以文獻回顧目前人工智能醫療技術之應用，以及遠距健康之研究趨勢。且利用創新密集服務模式(Innovation Intensive Service, IIS)進行企業層級分析，以四種客製化程度為橫軸、五種創新種類為縱軸，建構反映20種企業經營型態的IIS矩陣。透過專家訪談和問卷調查，得出人工智能應用於遠距服務產業之目前產業定位與未來發展趨勢。由定位結果找出對企業重要的「內部服務價值活動」與「外部資源涵量」，以及其中包含的關鍵成功要素(Key Success Factor, KSF)。
研究結果顯示，專家問卷定位的產業位置，目前在「特定服務/產品創新」。IIS分析預期未來5年可朝向「專屬服務/製程創新」。在此定位下，服務價值活動著重顧客需求回應能力、產業資訊科技整合能力；外部資源涵量著重整合外部技術資源能力、價值鏈整合能力、潛在需求者。因此，企業必須針對上述構面不足的關鍵成功要素進行強化。

This dissertation focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in the remote medical service industry, reviews the current application of artificial intelligence medical technology and the research trend of the remote medical. And we use the Innovation Intensive Service (IIS) to conduct enterprise-level analysis. With four kinds of customization as the horizontal axis and five kinds of innovation as the vertical axis, an IIS matrix reflecting 20 types of business operations is constructed. Through expert interviews and questionnaires, we draw the conclusion that artificial intelligence is used in the current industry positioning and future development of the remote medical service industry. Based on the results of the positioning, find out the "internal service value activities" and "external resource contents" that are important to the enterprise, and the key success factors (KSFs) included in the results.
The results of the study show that the industry position of the expert questionnaire is currently in “specific service/product innovation”. IIS analysis is expected to face "exclusive service/process innovation" in the next five years. Under this orientation, service value activities focus on customer demand response capability and industry information technology integration capabilities; external resource content focuses on integrating external technology resource capabilities, value chain integration capabilities, and potential demanders. Therefore, companies must strengthen the key success factors of the above-mentioned lack of facets.
