本研究分別在一般整數策略與二冪策略下,為單一供應商多購買商的供應鏈建構寄售與供應商管理庫存策略新的數學模式。我們的新數學模式乃協助供應商在有限產能的考量下,尋找對於所有購買商最佳的補貨週期與排程,以最小化平均總成本,包括整備成本、訂購成本與持有成本。本研究對於我們的數學模式進行完整的理論分析,再依其理論性質對於在一般整數策略與二冪策略下,分別提出最佳解搜尋演算法。藉由數據測試顯示本研究之演算法可以有效率地進行求解最佳解,而且本研究的新數學模式可以獲得比文獻研究更好的寄售與供應商管理庫存策略。我們的敏感度分析也提供決策者運用寄售與供應商管理庫存策略的管理與策略性的意涵。
We formulate new models that implement vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and consignment (CS) policies for single-vendor and multiple buyers supply chains under both power-of-two (PoT) and general-integer (GI) policies in this study. Considering the vendor has limited production capacity, our new models aims to find the optimal cycles and schedules for the vendor to replenish all the buyers so as to minimize the average total costs that includes setup cost, ordering cost and holding cost. We conduct thorough theoretical analysis on our mathematical models and propose the search algorithms for solving the optimal solutions for our models under PoT and GI policies based on our theoretical results. Our numerical experiments demonstrate that our proposed search algorithms are effective for solving the optimal solutions, and the proposed models could obtain VMI&CS policies better than previous studies in the literature. Our sensitivity analysis also provides managerial and strategic insights for the decision maker utilizing VMI&CS policies.
