一個基於Boardfarm 測試軟體之使用者導向測試平台的設計與實作-以T公司為例

摘要


目前網通產品的測試不僅繁多複雜,重複測試的機會也相當的高,故此,韌體自動化測試便成了目前網通廠測試部門的首要任務。在推行韌體自動化測試的過程中,比較麻煩的是:因為網通廠生產給不同廠商的產品,就有著不同的圖形使用者介面(GUI),為此使得許多自動化測試軟體無法同時涵蓋所有產品。而Qualcomm推出了Boardfarm的自動化測試軟體擁有著高度的可編輯性,已能應付不同的圖形使用者介面。 本論文利用分析家用閘道器的WAN端與LAN端介面,將WAN端與LAN端介面依Boardfarm自動化測試角度分類後,再建立市面上最常出現的三類家用閘道器的Boardfarm自動化環境,讓Boardfarm自動化測試可以擴展到不同類的使用者。 本論文將以T公司為例,於三類家用閘道器上實作測試,在手動測試轉自動測試上,節省了50%~75%人力,在不同類的家用閘道器上,自動化程式轉換率可達72%。

At present, the testing of networking products is not only complicated, but also the chances of repeated testing are quite high. Therefore, the firmware automatic testing has become the primary task of the current testing department of networking industry. In the process of implementing firmware automation testing, it is more troublesome: Because networking produces different products for different manufacturers, there are different graphical user interfaces (GUIs), which makes many automated testing software not cover all products at the same time. Qualcomm has introduced Boardfarm's automated test software with a high degree of editorial ability to handle different graphical user interfaces. This paper analyzes the WAN and LAN interfaces of the home gateway, classifies the WAN and LAN interfaces according to the Boardfarm automated test, and then establishes the Boardfarm automation environment for the three most common types of home gateways on the market. Let Boardfarm automated testing scale to users of different classes. This paper will use T company as a case to carry out tests on three types of home gateways. In the manual test change to automatic test, it saves 50%~75% of manpower. On different types of home gateways, the automation program conversion rate can reach 72%.
