我國營建產業長期面臨重大職業災害事故,災害一旦發生將導致重大傷亡。儘管政府長期以來推動職業安全衛生法令,並積極宣導施工安全的重要性。在施工過程中仍有事故不斷發生,且影響範圍廣大,因此更加突顯營造業中安全的重要性。 本研究藉由模糊化參數調整量表,IPA矩陣概念及統計歸納針對實際回收數據進行分析,先將樣本歸納成不同分類後進行相關度分析,找出現場執行層面中具有明顯差異分類者,整合並剖析差異原因,再探討工程人員及安全衛生人員中對於安全認知、現場執行之狀況、以及勞安落實程度差異, 於文末彙整出上述所歸納出的關鍵職業災害安全因子並提出建議,提供給營建產業作為降低職業災害傷亡對策之參考依據。
In a long time, the construction industry in Taiwan has faced the major occupational disasters, and once the disaster occurs, it will lead to great casualties. Although the government has actively promoted the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the importance of construction safety long time. However, there are still accidents happened during the construction process, and caused great influence. This further highlights the importance of safety in construction industry. This study uses the fuzzy parameter adjustment scale, IPA matrix concept and statistical induction to analyze the questionnaire data. First, the samples are classified into different categories, and then correlation analysis is carried out to find out the differences and analyze the causes of the differences. Second, this study discusses the differences between safety personnel and engineers about safety cognition, the implementation situation of field worker and safety personnel. Finally, the key safety factors of occupational disaster were found and some recommendations were made as a reference for reducing occupational disasters and casualties to the construction industry.
