我們建立一套有效且準確的模擬方法,用來模擬分析號角天線的特性。這套方法主要由有限元素分析法(Finite Element Method)搭配模態匹配(Mode-Matching Method)、散射矩陣(Scattering Matrix)與近似隙孔場方法(Approximate Aperture Field Method),可以用來分析不同形狀連接之波導或任意形狀之號角天線。此外,我們提出一套創新的方法-網格密度重置法(Grid-Density Reset Method),藉由適當的選取截面之切點密度,可以減少計算時間又不失準確性。
We develop an efficient method for accurately analyzing properties of horn antennas. The method is based mainly on the finite element method, combined with the mode-matching method, the scattering-matrix method, and the approximate aperture field method. The method can be used to analyze inhomogeneous waveguides or horn antennas with arbitrary cross-section shape. Furthermore, we propose an innovative method, called the grid-density reset method, to properly adapt the grid point distribution over each cross-section of the guide. The grid-density reset method can reduce much computation time without sacrifice of calculation accuracy.
