摘要


在發光二極管(LED)技術日新月異應用領域相對越來越多,逐漸取代傳統的室外照明和室內照明光源, LED近年來被視為據有相當最大發展潛力市場,高功率、高速度、高亮度的普及應用,提升使用壽命,提升發光效率,低成本,以及低耗電等優點。此外,LED的調製速度相對較高,所以可用於可見光通信(VLC)。而VLC不會受到電磁干擾(EMI),因此它可使用於射頻(RF)通信限制區域,例如醫院或飛機上使用。 本論文中,第一部分我們使用LED做為訊號發射器(TX),由於LED可以比傳統光源更快地打開和關閉以攜帶訊號。另一方面,使用太陽能電池作為光接收器(Rx),因為它成本低,檢測面積大,並且可以提供能量收集。因此,太陽能電池可用於接收VLC訊號,同時可用於將光訊號轉換為電訊號以進行電池充電。我們設計等化器可有效的提高接收端訊號放大,來降低訊號誤碼率(BER)。第二部分利用三種顏色的LED光源,發送調製UPSOOK訊號源,利用光學相機做為光接收器(RX)使用光學相機ISO(100、200、400、800)的變化提高傳輸的距離,再使用MATLAB程式進行分析算出Bit Error Rate (BER) Free,以調製訊號方式將BER有效的降低及增加傳輸率。

In the increasingly mature application field of light-emitting diode (LED) technology, gradually replacing traditional outdoor lighting and indoor lighting sources, LED has always been regarded as the largest and most promising market, the application of high-brightness, high-power LED Popularization, longevity, improved luminous efficiency, low cost, and low power consumption. In addition, the modulation speed of the LED is relatively high, so it can be used for visible light communication (VLC). VLC is not subject to electromagnetic interference (EMI), so it can be used in radio frequency (RF) communication restricted areas such as hospitals or aircraft. In the paper, in the first part we use LED as the signal to transmit the TX , because the LED can be turned on and off faster than the traditional light source to carry the signal. On the other hand, a solar cell is used as a light receiver (Rx) because of its low cost, large detection area, physical flexibility, and energy collection. Therefore, the solar cell can be used to receive the VLC signal and can be used to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal for battery charging. We designed a high-signal amplifier to effectively increase the signal amplification at the receiving and reduce the signal bit error rate (BER). The second part uses the three-color LED (R.G.B) transmit signal to modulate the UPSOOK signal, and uses the camera as the RX for analysis to effectively reduce the BER by the modulation signal, and then using the camera ISO (100, 200, 400, 800) function to improve the better transmission distance.
