摘要

專案管理自二戰發展至今已超過半個世紀，但交期績效始終很差。過去專案管理認為交期績效之所以難以提昇，是因為專案環境不確定因素太大造成，而Dr. Goldratt則認為影響專案交期績效的並不是不確定性因素，而是目前為了控制不確定性因素產生的管理問題。對於這項不同以往的新論點，本研究透過一個專案實驗來驗證，並分析交期績效與不確定性因素、管理問題之間的關係，來釐清影響專案交期績效的主因為何。

The project management develops from the World War II has exceeded until now for a half century, but due-date performance (DDP) still very low. In the past, the project management thought that DDP promote with difficulty, is because environment element of certainty influence. But Dr. Goldratt thought that is not the uncertainty factor affects DDP, instead is the problem which manages by the control variation production. In our paper, we verification this new viewpoint by a project experiment, and analyzes between the DDP and the uncertainty relations, as well as between the DDP and the management problem relations, Defining clearly the main factors affecting DDP in project.
