高速公路整合控制之啟動時機研究

A Study of Activating Integrated Control on Freeway

摘要


本研究之目的為利用主線車流控制之概念,設定一控制門檻值,並建立一控制策略啟動時機之判斷策略,藉以掌握控制之時機點,來有效控制主線之車流,使高速公路主線維持穩定車流狀態。本研究所研擬的國道5號系統交通管理及控制策略,透過模擬平台模擬控制策略,並分析策略之績效。 本研究著重於整合匝道儀控與可變速限控制之啟動時機,及個別策略之績效分析。研究成果顯示添加了啟動時機之控制策略均相較於未添加啟動時機之控制策為佳,可減低用路人所需總耗費之時間。

The purpose of this study is to use the concept of mainline traffic control, to set control thresholds, to establish control strategies and when to activate the appropriate one. The performance of the strategies is then analyzed through a simulation tool. This study focuses on the active timing of integrated ramp metering and variable speed control as well as the performance of each strategy. The performance of each control strategy shows reduced travel time for drivers.
