觸控面板使用的光學膠添加物與機械特性關係

摘要


貼合面板所需的光學膠,因為光學膠原本為液態經特定UV波長照光產生聚合反應,膠體由原本流動的液態狀聚合成果凍狀的固態;面板的貼合表面的光學膠會在貼合面產生應力,導致面板受力變形並在面板四周的Cell Gap內支撐的PS變形,最後產生面板周圍的色不均(Mura),這現象是如何造成?是否與光學膠的添加物有關?因此為瞭解此現象並改善觸控玻璃與Cell面板貼合產品的Mura Defect,改變光學膠的添加物才能降低面板的物理特性,以Oligomer比例與面板受力的關系探討
