摻釹釩酸鹽異質鍵合晶體在連續波及被動式Q開關之研究

摘要


本論文主要在利用簡單的線性共振腔來作發展高功率且高效率的雙波長紅外固態雷射。利用808 nm的半導體雷射,激發兩種摻釹釩酸鹽異質鍵合晶體,並搭配激發光源在增益介質上的雷射光腰相對位置的控制,在連續波及被動式Q開關的系統下,皆達到可調控強度的雙波長雷射。研究結果可發現在連續波系統下,摻釹釩酸釔/摻釹釩酸釓異質鍵合晶體及摻釹釩酸釓/摻釹釩酸釔異質鍵合晶體兩者皆可由調整激發光源在增益介質上的雷射光腰相對位置(z0),進而控制雙波長雷射的強度比例。 進一步的在被動式Q開關系統中,同步取兩種摻釹釩酸鹽異質鍵合晶體作研究,可由調整激發光源在增益介質上的雷射光腰相對位置(z0),進而控制雙波長雷射的強度比例,且可發現在摻釹釩酸釔/摻釹釩酸釓異質鍵合晶體作為增益介質時,z0越是增加則雙波長的輸出時間會逐漸拉近,而在摻釹釩酸釓/摻釹釩酸釔異質鍵合晶體作為增益介質時,也有同在摻釹釩酸釔/摻釹釩酸釓異質鍵合晶體上的表現,但是z0持續增加則會有雙波長輸出時間交換順序的現象,最後才又漸行漸遠,且雙波長更在時間軸上的表現將與重複率有正相關。希望由本論文可以提供額外製作雙波長雷射的方式,並可以將其應用在軍事、醫療、航空、工業及科學上。

We demonstrate a compact efficient high-power collinear dual-wavelength solid-state laser by Nd:YVO4/Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:GdVO4/Nd:YVO4 crystal. The study is based on using 808 nm LD semiconductor laser diode) to pump to two neodymium-doped diffusion-bonded crystals respectively. We obtain a tunable output power by controlling the laser waist position on gain medium at both continuous wave and passive quality system. It is worth mentioning that performance of dual-wavelength solid-state laser is highly dependent with laser pulse repetition rate. We are looking forward to providing a new technique to achieve dual-wavelength laser for application of military, medical, aviation, industrial, science, etc.
