人力資源扮演的角色對於企業經營之績效表現有其重要性,其中以策略性人力資源角色影響最深,透過提供專業知識、參與企業策略之擬定,進而提升企業中人力資源績效展現與服務品質,彰顯人力資源管理之價值。雲端服務是新興的科技應用模式,全球資訊領導企業都大量投資與推進雲端運算的平台與服務,時代趨勢與大幅降低建置成本的租用模式成功吸引了企業經營者的眼光。本研究主要運用比較方法來探討雲端服務與本地部署的人力資源資訊系統,針對客製化程度、系統功能更新、使用者成本、資料風險、互動與移動及數據資料分析能力等六項功能因素進行討論與使用差異,並透過企業個案研究分析三種不同類型企業的適用性,進而提供應用範例,作為策略性人力資源管理者在面對雲端服務運用趨勢的抉擇參考依據,選擇適合的人力資源資訊系統可協助人力資源部門將珍貴的專業人力投資在較高績效的活動當中,發揮人力資源管理對企業的真正價值。
Human resource has great importance to the performance of business operations, especially strategic HR that has the deepest impact, by providing expertise, participating in the formulation of corporate strategy, the value of HR is enhancing the organization performance and service quality. Cloud service is an emerging technology application model. The global leader companies in digital technology have a lot of investment in cloud platform and services, the model of sharing economy catches the eyes of business owners successfully. This research mainly uses the comparison method to compare the differences between the On-Premises system and the Cloud service system within six function factors, it also analyzes the applicability of three different types of enterprises through case studies, and then provides application examples. As a reference for strategic human resource managers in the choice of cloud service usage trends, selecting the appropriate human resource information system can assist human resource departments. Invest professional human resources in higher-performance activities, and bring the true value of human resource management to the enterprise.
