保留學習歷程系統架構之設計與實作

摘要


保留學習歷程一直以來是資訊教育學者的研究目標,然而由於無法掌握大腦處理訊息的歷程,而只能追蹤保留學習行為。本研究以步驟視覺化的特性為基礎,研發一個能掌握學習認知歷程以及一個讓線上學習時能快速且不離情境的問答互動系統。步驟視覺化是教學內容經過重複解構、重構與展演的所設計的一種呈現的模式,學習者翻頁之間逐一添加相關的訊息,可降地外在認知負荷,提升有效的認知負荷,學習者上下翻頁之間、每頁停留的時間,就可用於探索認知的歷程。依此開發了「保留學習歷程系統」,研究的範圍有(1) 轉化內含語音由PowerPoint/AMA 所設計步驟視覺化教材,(2) 運用技術設計雲端儲存安全機制,(3) 運用響應式網頁設計滿足多種屏幕的設備,(4) 認知歷程的管理功能,(5) 不離情境的線上問答系統等。   同時,本研究設計與實作雲端儲存系統的安全技術,將中華電信研究院提出的雲端安全儲存系統應用與設計保護資訊安全,尤其是教材檔案的安全性機制,該機制提供的功能有:(1)將檔案片段處理,(2)檔案片段處理後重新命名,與(3)透過元資料和加密方式存取檔案。本研究亦以程式實現此安全機制,本研究成果使儲存於雲端儲存系統的資料具有安全性,無論雲端儲存服務提供的安全機能如何,讓資訊安全問題可能造成的傷害或損失降到最低。

Retaining the learning process has always been the research goal of information education scholars. However, due to the inability to grasp the process of processing information in the brain, it can only track and retain learning behavior. This research is based on the characteristics of step visualization and develops a question-and-answer interactive system that can master the cognitive process of learning and make online learning fast and within the context. Step visualization is a presentation mode designed by repeated deconstruction, reconstruction, and performance of teaching content. Learners add relevant information one by one while turning pages, which can reduce the external cognitive load and increase the effective cognitive load. The time spent on each page between the up and down pages of the learner can be used to explore the cognitive process. Based on the " Retention ofLearning Process System" was developed, the scope of research includes (1) Transformation of embedded speech from step visualization materials designed by PowerPoint/AMA, (2) Using technology to design cloud storage security mechanisms, (3) Using responsive web page design to meet multiple screen devices, (4) Cognitive process management function, (5) Contextual online question and answer system, etc.   Meanwhile, this research also designs and implements the security technology of the cloud storage system which is proposed by Chunghwa Telecom Research Institute to protect information security, especially the security mechanism of teaching materials files. The functions provided by the mechanism include: (1) Process the file fragments, (2) Rename the file after processing the file fragments, (3) Access the files through metadata and encryption methods. This research also developed programs to implement this security mechanism. The results of this research make the data stored in the cloud storage system more secure, regardless of the security function provided by the cloud storage service, it can minimize the damage or loss caused by information security issues.
