同步輻射X光顯微術應用於動物腎臟血管結構之研究

摘要


癌症的診斷及治療在臨床及醫學上一直是一大重要研究方向;而血管新生被認為是腫瘤的重要指標,且與癌症的形成及轉移有直接密切的關係。因此血管的結構與追蹤對於醫療診斷上扮演著重要的角色。 本研究藉由同步輻射光源優異性所發展的X光斷層掃描顯微術,以小鼠腎臟作為樣品取像,將影像資料作一連串的處理、重建和分割,並且利用不同的影像處理方法及運用不同的軟體,期望從中找出最適合的方式,再將血管影像做後續的追蹤(trace)分析,同時也分析血管追蹤程式的正確性,並期望能加以改善,以對於血管影像追蹤提供一個完整的方法,往後將可以應用於腫瘤的血管新生之相關研究,在醫療診斷方面有重要的幫助。

Diagnose and treatment of cancer on the clinical and medicine has been studied importantly. However, angiogenesis is considered as the key index for tumor, and closely related to the formation and transformation of cancer. Hence, the structure of vessel and tracing play an important role on the medical diagnose. In this study, using the advantage of synchrotron radiation for the x-ray tomography microscope application capture image based on the sample of the mouse kidney. First, image data is processed, reconstructed and segmented. Second, using various image process methods for the different software tool analyze the data and find the proper method hopefully. Finally, following tracing analysis on the above vessel image verifies the correction of programming tool and even improvement of tool. A complete method is provided for the tracing of vessel image. In the future, it can be applied on the related research in the angiogenesis tumor and assist to the medical diagnose significantly.
