不同環境照度及閱讀極性下最佳手機螢幕亮度之研究

摘要


智慧型手機由於攜帶方便、不占空間、以及可以連網等特性,因此,可以隨時隨地進行使用,所以,使用的人口數及普及率逐年增高。然而,因為可以在不同環境與時間下使用,也因此手機的螢幕觀看效果會受諸多因素影響,包括環境照度、螢幕亮度、以及文字與背景色彩等。所以,本研究將探討使用智慧型手機閱讀文章時,不同環境照度與極性下之最舒適手機螢幕亮度,並了解使用者在每一種環境照度下的主觀閱讀極性偏好與主觀環境照度偏好。 本研究方法使用實驗設計,自變項為環境照度(室內0lux、200lux、500lux、1000lux,室外10,000±1000lux,50,000±1000lux)與閱讀極性(白底黑字、黑底白字),依變項為自覺最佳螢幕亮度、主觀閱讀極性偏好、主觀環境照度偏好。並且利用IBM SPSS Statistics 20軟體進行變異數分析、卡方分析。 本研究結果發現,室內環境照度與閱讀極性對手機螢幕亮度有顯著差異,室外環境照度與閱讀極性對手機螢幕亮度無顯著差異。主觀閱讀極性偏好在500lux、1000lux水準時不顯著,其餘水準之主觀閱讀極性偏好皆顯著;主觀環境照度偏好在室內與室外皆有顯著差異。另外,當閱讀極性為黑底白字時,0、200、500、1000lux的自覺最佳螢幕亮度值分別為116、189、236、271cd/m^2;白底黑字時,分別為90、153、175、230 cd/m^2。

Smartphone penetration and use of population increased year by year in Taiwan. According to the study pointed out the mobile phone's screen display was affected by many factors, including environmental illumination, screen brightness, background color. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the screen brightness variations in different environments illumination and the screen brightness variations in different text – background polarity when use mobile phone reading the article. And analyze the user’s text – background polarity preferences and their environmental illumination preferences in each indoor and outdoor environment. In this study, use the experimental design method, the independent variable are ambient illumination (indoor 0lux, 200lux, 500lux, 1000lux, outdoor 10,000 ± 1000lux, 50,000 ± 1000lux) and text – background polarity (white character on black background, black character on white background), the dependent variable is the consciously best screen brightness, text – background polarity preferences, ambient illumination preference. And use IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software to perform ANOVA, chi-square analysis. The results of the study found that indoor environmental illumination and text – background polarity have significant differences on the phone screen brightness, outdoor ambient illumination and text – background polarity have no significant differences on the phone screen brightness. The text – background polarity preferences of user is not significant on 500lux, 1000lux level, and 0lux, 200lux, 10,000lux, 50,000lux level are significant; environmental illumination preferences in indoor and outdoor are both significant difference.
