摘要


本文中,提出一套頻段大約在30GHz之Ka band之菲涅爾極板區天線應用於無線通訊系統,其中,是由一圓形波導管作為激發源與將多個金屬環印刷在低介質基板的菲涅爾極板區透片所組成,利用此天線將能量集中於一處之特性產生波束成型之效果(beam-forming)。一般的圓形菲涅爾極版區透片天線僅能將輻射能量對準饋入端無法改變其方向,而橢圓菲涅爾透片可藉由設計偏移波達到所需角度。此天線的高能量特性不僅適合用於點對點的無線回程系統,也應用於毫米波 無線系統。

This thesis reports the design of Fresnel zone plate antenna applied in a millimeter wave communication system operated at Ka band around 30 GHz. Such an antenna consists of a Fresnel zone plate, which is made by coating metal rings on a low-loss dielectric substrate, and an open-ended circular waveguide as a feeder. In addition to the regular Fresnel zone plate with circular rings generating the radiation main beam aligned with that of feed horn, the elliptical Fresnel zone plate is designed to steer the main beam toward the desired angle. The property of high gain makes such a type of antennas suitable for point-to-point wireless backhaul system, and even for the 5-th generation (5G) millimeter wave communications system.
