在改變不同製程和孔狀二氧化鈦影響下,用兆赫波光譜研究Perovskites聲子模態的改變

Influence of Growth Process and Mesoporous TiO2 Layer on the Phonon Mode of Perovskite Studied by THz Spectroscopy

摘要


有機太陽能電池材料Perovskite是近幾年最有潛力且有著高轉換效率、造價便宜等等優勢。我們主要研究三種不同的製程:Two Step Sequentially、Fast Deposition Crystallization、Solvent Engineering,並用穿透式兆赫波光譜(在0.3 到2.5THz),再結合我們現今很常用的拉曼光譜和掃描式電子顯微鏡做比較。為了要和這些光譜或SEM 比較,我們使用兩種物理模型:Drude-Smith 模型去研究Perovskite在有無TiO2下的結構變化(從中孔狀到平面),而我們可從SEM中去證明物理模型參數的改變;Drude-Lorentz 模型去研究有機物內的晶格震盪,不同製程下,Perovskite有些微的不同,在我們拉曼光譜的結果下,發現可以結合我們的物理模型。我們發現穿透式兆赫波是一種非常有效研究有機物的方式,且可以在不接觸到樣品下即時的量測,並結合物理模型和其他種類的光譜去分析樣品能正確的了解樣品的物理特性。

Perovskites is most promising solar cell material of the world. And perovskite solar cell also have high power conservation efficiency near 20% in lab experimental test. In my study we have use THz TDS to analysis three methods to grown perovskite: Two steps sequentially ,Fast deposition crystallization , Solvent Engineering. And we compare our THz data to SEM images ,Raman Spectrum. We use two theoretical model : Drude-Smith Model to describe SEM image from Meso to Flat by adding TiO2 ; Drude-Lorentz model characterized Raman Spectrum in 20 to 300 〖
