摘要


一般設計引擎汽門機構是先計算汽門系統的運動狀態,不但計算困難且求解有不小的誤差。本文提出新的設計方式來設計可變汽門機構,利用ADAMS做即時計算,並探討幾個可變因子對系統的影響,包括:形狀、質量、搖臂連桿與汽門揚程,也針對現有的機構做比較,以期提供相關領域人員發展建立引擎可變汽門機構的資訊。結果顯示,新的設計求解方式可以快速而且精確的求出運動狀態,也成功得到各個可變因子對可變汽門機構所造成的影響。

Valve system dynamics must be first analyzed before engine valve mechanism can be designed . Traditional valve design must stick to a fixed mechanism . This thesis proposed a new valve design with variable mechanism . Softwere Package ADAMS was used and the feasibility of this new mechanism was analyzed , also the parameters effect were discussed . The parameters include shape, mass, rocker arm and valve displacements . The simulation results show that this new variable mechanism design is feasible . Also the Softwere Package help making the simulation faster and more accurate .
