逆向工程在車燈曲面重建技術之探討

摘要


應用逆向工程技術以重建CAD模型,為產品研發中重要的工作,藉以獲得設計和製造上相關的技術和經驗,車燈不僅具有複雜的幾何外型,其形狀設計方式也會大幅影響車燈的效能表現,因此為了獲得精確尺寸的車燈模型,本研究中是採用逆向工程技術來重建車燈的3D實體模型,並且對車燈在應用逆向工程技術時的過程提出完整的規劃、方法、應用與開發。在模型建構方面本研究是利用本實驗室開發的逆向軟體RevCAD和正向實體模型建構軟體UG建構,並探討外觀表面曲面的建構手法與檢測曲面品質優劣,找出建構的共通性,並歸納出一些分類與準則,加速重建原始車燈的3D實體模型。

Applying reverse engineering technique to reconstruct the CAD models is an important part in the product development. By that we can get some experiences about the techniques of the product design and manufacturing. Lamps in auto industry are complicated geometric shape and the reconstruction of the CAD models for them is a difficult work, which requires experienced CAD skills. The purpose of this study is investigate the reverse engineering technique for the reconstruction of the CAD models for lamps, focusing on the issues of surface reconstruction. Two software, including RevCAD and UG, are applied for the investigation of the surface reconstruction technique in this study. The quality of the reconstructed surfaces are discussed also with several inspection tools available in the software. The availability and characteristic of all tools, including surface reconstruction and surface inspection, will be analyzed and discussed in detail.
