Abstract The main objective of this research is to comprehend how the organizational career management influences the organizational commitment. In this study, a questionnaire is conducted on 152 employees those who were working in the same company. The data is used to analyze the influence of organizational career management activities of a company and organizational commitment by regression analysis. The findings of the study include the following three aspects. First, employee who has the perception of organizational career management activities are well prepared that has positive effect on value commitment of organizational commitment. Second, employee who has the perception of organizational career management activities are well prepared that has no significant effect on effort commitment of organizational commitment. Third, employee who has the perception of organizational career management activities are well prepared that has positive effect on engagement commitment of organizational commitment.
